RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All ROCKEN products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After reviewing the request, ROCKEN may provide a replacement or refund when the issue is confirmed.

Please do not send any item back without prior authorization from ROCKEN. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled or modified only before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
